A Prefeitura de Lorena promove no pr\u00f3ximo dia 30 de maio a edi\u00e7\u00e3o especial de 20 anos do Mutir\u00e3o de Oncologia, a\u00e7\u00e3o voltada \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o e ao diagn\u00f3stico precoce do c\u00e2ncer no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>
O mutir\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizado na UBS do Bairro da Cruz e contar\u00e1 com atendimento da equipe m\u00e9dica do Dr. Flavio Salgado, em parceria com a Liga de Oncologia da Faculdade de Medicina de Taubat\u00e9.<\/p>
Os agendamentos podem ser feitos at\u00e9 o dia 29 de maio em todas as unidades de sa\u00fade e Estrat\u00e9gias de Sa\u00fade da Fam\u00edlia (ESFs) da cidade.<\/p>
Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o oferecidos exames preventivos e avalia\u00e7\u00f5es cl\u00ednicas voltadas \u00e0 detec\u00e7\u00e3o precoce de diferentes tipos de c\u00e2ncer. Entre os atendimentos dispon\u00edveis est\u00e3o o preventivo de c\u00e2ncer de colo do \u00fatero para mulheres entre 25 e 65 anos, exame cl\u00ednico das mamas, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00f3stata para homens acima de 50 anos, al\u00e9m de exames de pele e boca para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de les\u00f5es suspeitas.<\/p>
Segundo a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, pacientes que apresentarem altera\u00e7\u00f5es ou suspeitas durante os exames receber\u00e3o encaminhamento para continuidade do atendimento pela rede municipal de sa\u00fade, incluindo solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de exames complementares, bi\u00f3psias e acompanhamento especializado.<\/p>
A iniciativa busca ampliar o acesso \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o e conscientizar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a import\u00e2ncia do diagn\u00f3stico precoce, considerado um dos principais fatores para aumentar as chances de sucesso no tratamento contra o c\u00e2ncer.<\/p>
